Gil Rosen is chief marketing officer, responsible for developing Amdocs’ vision, delivering strategic insight to customers, and leading the company’s go-to-market activities. He heads a team of global marketing professionals and is a member of the company’s executive management team. Gil also leads Amdocs:next, responsible for cultivating and incubating future growth engines and disruptive technologies, including IoT and the AI-powered home broadband experience.
Prior to this, Gil serviced as the chief marketing & innovation officer at Bezeq, Israel’s largest telecommunications provider. Here, he significantly accelerated Bezeq’s drive towards digitization and market leadership in the IoT domain with the launch of Bezeq’s “Smart Strategy”, including a Smart City, Smart Business and Smart Home offering. Before Bezeq, Gil was vice president, New Media at Deutsche Telekom, responsible for the development of the cloud set-top box concept, the Tolino Tab, and was the founder and business leader of Deutsche Telekom’s first fully digitized cloud-based communication provider, IMMMR.
In a previous tenure at Amdocs, Gil was VP of innovation & digital services and the founder and head of the AT&T Foundry in Israel. In this role, Gil was responsible for the setup of a new innovation center and the creation of a hybrid R&D and partnership model that led to the launch of successful innovation projects for AT&T.
Gil holds a BA in business administration from IDC University, Israel.

Catherine Bohill, ESG Development & Impact Director

With over 25 years of experience in the Telco World, Catherine has spent 20 of those with Telefonica working in M&A, Wholesale, Spectrum and most recently within the sustainability team. Before joining Telefonica, Catherine worked for Daimler Chrysler in Germany and Holland and with the World Bank in Washington DC. She also spent a sabbatical year lecturing at the University of Havana and writing for the Timeout travel guidebook in Cuba. Catherine has a BA in European Business and a Diplom Betriebswirt (ESB Reutlingen FH) and a Masters in Finance from the Instituto de Empresa – graduating first in her class. Catherine speaks English, German and Spanish – all with an Irish accent!
